A Day in my Life →
A series of photos taken throughout the day on Wednesday, January 28, to give you guys a glance into my regular life =). This is like what Megan did! A daily log through photos! It was a lot of fun, y’all should do one. It’s a cool idea to keep each other in the loop about what goes on from time to time. Woo!!
Facebook is the devil...
I got a friend request from someone from NYU named Peter R. No last name, just Peter R. His profile pic was a griffin and the rest of his profile was pretty blank. I don’t accept facebook friend requests from anyone I don’t know, so I sent him a message. The following short, yet brutal, conversation occurred:
Me: Hi, have we met?
Peter R: Are you in Civil Liberties?
Me: Yup
Peter...
Posting from my phone for the first time… does this even work?
Giving that “a day in my life” thing a shot today. I already snapped my morning and hopefully will be able to capture the essence of my day hah. Creeper shots are proving to be interesting - people don’t like getting their picture taken on the subway. I’m also trying to take some pics at Wired, and I know I could probably get in trouble with Conde Nast, but we all have a...

wtf what is happening to our home.
ahhhhh…i don’t like that! he was probably into heavy drugs…those danville gangs man…it’s not funny tho. sad day for danville.
I’m really saddened and shocked by this news… but it just goes to show that even perfect, rich, white washed suburban bubbles have their moments of violence and hate.
Back in New York
I’m back!!! It’s freezing. My balcony has 6 inches of snow. We slept with the heater on full blast and still were bundled up in like 50 sweatshirts. Liz apparently had an ugly chrsitmas sweater party because there is a stack of them in the living room.
I missed this place a lot.
New York cont.

We just watched the aftermath of the plane crash in the Hudson River from our apt!
Get it New York.
Simone and I watched the aftermath of the plane crash in the Hudson River while on an airplane flying from Oakland to New York. I had a panic attack and cried hysterically for a good 30 minutes. Plane crashes are not “get it New York” moments.
More like “get it, no...
I'm Co-hosting Jesse's Radio Show!!!! →
Tune in to FM 90.3 tonight from 12:00am - 3:00am California time. Jesse invited me to be the co-host of her weekly radio show, and we’ll both be live on the air delivering witty banter and bitchin tunes. You can also stream the show from online by clicking the link above and then clicking “Listen Now” in the top left corner. If you wanna call and request a song and maybe even...
After walking 5+ miles through the streets of San Francisco wearing black boots and a mini-dress, I know now more than ever that I want to move back and make SF my home.

everyone at denny’s thought we were high because our table was full of food and we were loud and laughing. this night stated with dissapointment and ended with about forty-five episodes of srv 94583. fuck golf land for being closed but i am pretty sure that the guy would have taken carleen as abribe if jessica hadnt interfeared, but i am...
It's a tumble party!!!!

Our Night
1.) leah drove us all the way to castro valley only to find that golf land was closed at 9pm instead of 10pm…like i said…everything in the sr/bay area closes at 9pm!
2.) we decide to go play pool and we drive by the “pool hall” in dublin but it doesn’t exist anymore…so
3.) we drive...

Leah secretly loves fall out boy but that does not leave the car
Alright, FINE. I guess the cat’s out of the bag. But I really only like that album with all of the good songs on it, “Take this to your grave.” Pete Wentz is a douche, Bronx Mowgli is a stupid/cruel name for a child. They aren’t that great live, but are sometimes so damn catchy that I can’t...

Decision Time
“Hey Leah! I hope you had a great holiday! I really enjoyed reading your edit test, and would like to offer you an internship at Seventeen!”
Uh-oh.
I really didn’t think I’d get the Seventeen position. Now here comes the fun part… Seventeen or WIRED?
WIRED: Conde Nast mag, probably the coolest and most respected tech magazine out there, public relations position...
They parted at last with mutual civility, and possibly a mutual desire of never...

Hello all.
Noy sure if anyone will take a peeksies at this besides my friends, but just in case…
My name is Leah.
Born on the west coast (San Francisco bay area), living on the east coast (Brooklyn).
I go to New York University, and I feel like a douche bag when I tell people that for the first time.
I want to be a wildlife journalist. Like one of those people that lives in a tent to...
